Privacy Policy

Effective September 26, 2026

Boss Beats uses Google and YouTube APIs only to manage channels and content for accounts that have explicitly authorized Boss Beats to do so.

Google user data we access

When an authorized user connects a YouTube account, the application may access channel identity and channel data, upload and manage videos and playlists, update video metadata, and read YouTube Analytics data, according to the permissions granted during Google OAuth authorization.

How we use that data

We use authorized YouTube data solely to perform channel-management services requested by the account owner or authorized channel operator. This includes uploads, metadata management, playlist management, channel optimization, reporting and analytics.

Storage and security

OAuth access and refresh tokens may be stored in encrypted form so authorized automation can continue without repeated sign-in. Tokens are not sold, used for advertising profiles, or shared with unrelated third parties. Access is limited to the operator systems used to provide the requested channel-management service.

Sharing

Boss Beats does not sell Google user data. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the authorized workflow, or when required by law.

Revoking access and deletion

Users can revoke Google access at any time through their Google Account security settings. An authorized user may also request deletion of stored OAuth tokens and associated account data by contacting Boss Beats at bossbeatstt@gmail.com. After a valid deletion request, locally stored authorization credentials and associated retained operational data will be deleted unless retention is legally required.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Boss Beats' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
