Built to last. Built to be trusted.
FTN Platform is civic infrastructure, not a campaign. Here's what we're building, why we're building it, and the principles we hold ourselves to along the way.
Helping communities understand themselves.
FTN Platform exists to give citizens a direct, trackable way to report what they see in their community, and to give the governments and agencies responsible for responding a clear, structured, shared view of that same information. Our mission is to close the distance between the people living a problem and the people positioned to fix it.
We measure our mission not by engagement metrics, but by whether reports get resolved, whether communities feel heard, and whether the institutions serving them have better information to act on.
One Platform. Many Solutions. One Mission.
We're building FTN Platform as a long-term ecosystem, not a single app. Community Connect and Mission Control are the foundation — a citizen reporting channel and a government intelligence layer built on the same underlying data. Over time, we intend to extend that foundation into adjacent areas of community life: local news, civic discourse, and data-driven planning, always starting from the same principle — trusted, citizen-sourced information, structured well enough to act on.
Our vision is a single connective platform — connecting communities, empowering governments, and building a smarter, more transparent nation.
What we hold ourselves to, on every product we build.
Trusted Data
Every report and every dashboard is only as valuable as the trust behind it. We build for accuracy first.
Citizen Voice
The people living in a community are the first and best source of information about it. Our tools start there.
Actionable Insights
Data that can't be acted on isn't useful. Everything we build is designed to lead to a decision or a response.
Transparent Governance
We build tools that make it easier to see how decisions get made and how reports get resolved — not harder.
Sustainable Impact
We're building institutions people can rely on for years, not features designed for a single news cycle.
Independent. Authentic. Community Driven.
FTN Platform is built by RealityArtTV Media, a media and technology company whose mission is to educate, inform, and inspire through media that reflects truth, culture, and community. That mission shapes how we build software, not just how we produce media: independent of any single interest, bold enough to name real problems, authentic rather than polished for its own sake, community driven in what we prioritize, focused on truth over narrative, and oriented toward measurable impact.
- Reality is the final authority. Every observation is a clue.
- Every relationship is a hypothesis. Every intervention is an experiment.
- Every outcome becomes new evidence. Every decision should leave the nation wiser than before.
Because the gap between citizens and government is a solvable problem.
RealityArtTV Media has spent years covering the moments where communities and institutions talk past each other — where a real, reportable issue never reaches the people who could act on it, or where an agency's good work never reaches the community it served. FTN Platform is our answer to that pattern: infrastructure, not a headline.
We built Community Connect first because citizens needed a starting point that didn't require knowing which department to call. We're building Mission Control alongside it because a report without a destination doesn't help anyone. Neither half works well without the other — which is exactly why we built them as one platform.
We're building this to still matter in ten years.
FTN Platform is designed as public-facing civic infrastructure — the kind of tool a community and its government both come to rely on, not a product built for a single launch cycle. That means we prioritize reliability and clarity over speed of feature releases, and we're deliberate about extending the platform only into areas we can support well.
Beyond Community Connect and Mission Control, we see a longer-term ecosystem taking shape — additional modules for community discourse, local news, and predictive planning. These are directions we're exploring, not commitments we're announcing here; each will be scoped and built with the same standard of trust as the platform's foundation.
