What is FTN Platform?

FTN Platform connects citizens and governments through two linked products: Community Connect, for reporting and following community issues, and Mission Control, the dashboard agencies use to see and act on those reports.

What's the difference between Community Connect and Mission Control?

Community Connect is the free citizen-facing app for reporting issues. Mission Control is the government-facing dashboard for agencies. Both work from the same underlying reports.

Is Community Connect free?

Yes — Community Connect is free for citizens to download and use.

Who can access Mission Control?

Mission Control is intended for government and agency partners. Contact our government team to learn more.

How is my data used?
